Chico CA as of now but we are actively working on Durham and Paradise CA routes.
How do we pay our monthly bill?
We are a subscription based business. Services are billed monthly, in advance, at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unless a specific request is made but we also offer 1 time jobs as in can cleaning, dump runs and 1 time curb service.
What is the cancelation policy?
A 30 day advanced notice prior to your next billing cycle is required to cancel your service.
What is the cost of your service?
We have many affordable plans, the most popular plan includes 3 cans and all trash/recycling days priced at $54.99/month (billed quarterly). We do offer many types of discounts for multi house accounts, senior citizens and more!
What if my trash/recycling day changes?
If your trash/recycling day changes, simply reach out and let us know by contacting us at (530) 785-7785 or 530canvalet@gmail.com We will adjust our service day with the change so there is no inconveniences or interruptions
Can you do special request or dump runs?
